In the current development in Vietnam, more and new urban areas are planned to serve develop socioeconomic development. However, establishment of an overall system planning, construction, management, for is still facing many difficulties. Especially use “2D drawings” design, operation, which will cause limitations optimal planning. The application Building Information Model (BIM) technology operation integration trend that line with national digital transformation plan 4.0 revolution.
